Tyler Korenek was the main reason this deal did not fall through. He provided an exceptional, very transparent, and pleasant buying experience. I buy a lot of cars, and he was the best sales person I have dealt with.
Had a scheduled service for 10:30am. Dropped the vehicle off at 9:10, and went to run some errands. Returned to pick the vehicle up at 11:30, and they hadn't even pulled it into the shop to start the service. When asked, they said they would try to get to it in 30 to 45 minutes. DO NOT recommend using this service department at all. What is the point of scheduling an appointment, if they do not honor it. Seems that the customer's time has absolutely no value to them, as long as they get your money.
